Welcome to LSN Enterprises. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our vehicle rental services. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
To rent a vehicle from LSN Enterprises, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driving license (National or International).
- Provide valid identification (ID or Passport) at the time of pickup.
Bookings are confirmed only after the online process is completed and a confirmation receipt is issued via email or SMS.
The rental starts and ends at the times specified in your booking. Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges.
All prices are in LKR. A security deposit is required before vehicle release. This deposit is fully refundable within 24-48 hours of return, provided the vehicle is in its original condition.
To ensure safety and vehicle maintenance, the following are strictly prohibited:
Basic insurance is included with every rental. However, the customer is liable for any damages not covered by the insurance policy or resulting from gross negligence.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the pickup time are eligible for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
